ATA Paint Technician

Salary: Up to £56,000 per annum

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled ATA Paint Technician to join a modern, well-equipped bodyshop in Kent. This is a fantastic opportunity for an accredited technician to work in a professional environment with excellent earning potential.
Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and paint vehicle panels to manufacturer standards
• Mix and apply paint finishes accurately, ensuring consistent colour and quality
• Mask, sand, and polish vehicles as required
• Work on a variety of vehicles, including light commercial and passenger cars
• Collaborate closely with panel and MET teams to ensure efficient workflow
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workshop

Requirements:

• ATA Paint Accreditation essential
• Proven experience in a bodyshop paint role
• Strong knowledge of modern paint systems and techniques
• Ability to work to manufacturer repair methods
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality finishes
• Team player with good communication skills
