We are a well-established security systems provider seeking an experienced Security Service Engineer to join our growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge security technology, service a range of high-profile clients, and receive specialist training on enterprise-level systems.

The Role:

• Service, maintain, and fault-find on CCTV, intruder alarms, access control, and fire alarm systems.
• Work across commercial, industrial, and high-end residential sites in Derby and surrounding areas.
• Deliver high-quality service, ensuring systems operate efficiently and meet client expectations.
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients and internal teams.
• Work independently and as part of a team, adhering to industry standards and regulations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience servicing CCTV, intruder alarms, and access control systems.
• Knowledge of leading brands such as Hikvision, Paxton, Texecom, Galaxy, and Milestone (training provided on enterprise-level systems).
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose faults efficiently.
• A valid UK driving licence.
• A motivated and professional approach to work.
