We are seeking a skilled Fire & Security Service Engineer to join our growing team, covering Newcastle and the surrounding areas. This role offers the opportunity to work with industry-leading technology, service a range of commercial and residential clients, and receive specialist training to support career development.

The Role:

• Service, maintain, and fault-find on fire alarms, intruder alarms, CCTV, and access control systems.
• Work across commercial, industrial, and high-end residential sites.
• Diagnose and resolve system faults efficiently, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Provide expert technical support and build strong client relationships.
• Ensure all work complies with industry regulations and company standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience servicing fire alarms, intruder alarms, CCTV, and access control systems.
• Knowledge of leading brands such as Gent, Advanced, Morley, Texecom, Galaxy, Hikvision, and Paxton (training provided where needed).
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• A valid UK driving licence.
• A proactive and professional approach to work.
