About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Gates and Barriers Engineer to join our team, providing expert installation, maintenance, and repair services across Aylesbury and surrounding areas. This role is ideal for a self-motivated engineer with strong problem-solving skills and technical expertise in gates, barriers, and access control systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, service, and repair a variety of automatic gates, barriers, and access control systems.
• Conduct fault-finding and troubleshooting, ensuring efficient problem resolution.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal system performance and safety compliance.
• Deliver excellent customer service, advising clients on system operation and maintenance best practices.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and liaise with the office team to ensure effective scheduling and reporting.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Gates and Barriers Engineer or similar role in automated access systems.
• Strong technical knowledge of gate automation systems, barriers, and access control technology.
• Electrical or mechanical engineering qualifications are preferred.
• Full UK driving license is essential.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
