Panel Technician
Location: Coalville (Site-based)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: Up to £40,000
About the Role
We are expanding our state-of-the-art vehicle refurbishment centre and are looking for a Panel Technician to join our vehicle reconditioning team in Coalville, Leicestershire.
As a Panel Technician, you will be responsible for repairing, priming, and preparing panels to the highest reconditioning standards. Using state-of-the-art equipment and products, you will ensure vehicles are restored to their best condition before moving on to the paint process.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Repairing and preparing panels for refinishing, ensuring top-quality results.
- Applying primer and surface treatments to maintain high standards.
- Working with dent pulling equipment (desirable but not essential).
- Using accident repair techniques to restore vehicle bodywork.
- Collaborating with the cosmetic team leads to meet reconditioning goals.
- Ensuring all work meets quality and performance standards.
About You
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Panel Technician with a passion for vehicle restoration. You should be confident in using the latest repair techniques and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Minimum Requirements:
✔ Full UK manual driving licence
✔ Panel preparation experience
✔ Primer application experience
