Prepper – Worcester

Pay Rate: £18.00 per hour LTD
Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Overtime: Available
We are currently seeking an experienced Prepper to join a busy and professional site based in Worcester. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled individual who takes pride in delivering high-quality preparation work on vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepping vehicles prior to painting
- Masking, sanding, and priming panels to a high standard
- Ensuring all work is carried out efficiently and to a professional finish
- Working to deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
- Supporting painters and other workshop staff as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience in vehicle preparation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good knowledge of tools and materials used in prep work
- A keen eye for detail and quality
