Role Summary
- Security Systems Installation / Project Engineer
- Fire Alarm experience advantageous
- Responsible for the professional installation of a wide range of electronic security systems
- Work carried out across commercial and residential sites in London
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver integrated electronic security systems competently, professionally, and in line with regulations
- Work across multiple long-term projects, providing a varied mix of disciplines
- Report daily to project management in a professional manner
- Manage and coordinate equipment requirements for projects
- Deal with clients face-to-face in a professional and courteous manner
- Working hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm
Knowledge & Experience Required
- Detailed knowledge of security systems and relevant British Standards
- Relevant qualifications (e.g. NSI, LPCB, C&G, or similar)
- Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work openly and cooperatively within project teams and across the business
- Experience managing multiple simultaneous activities
- Essential: Previous experience with systems such as CCTV and Access Control
- Desirable: Entrotec training and/or fire alarm experience
General Requirements
- Experience within the construction industry and Fire & Security systems
- Clear criminal record with no convictions
- Ability to pass a CRB / DBS check and full security industry screening process
