Due to continued expansion, they are seeking a capable and driven Security Regional Service Manager to oversee service operations across the region. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced security professional who excels in leadership, technical problem-solving and customer management.
Security Service Manager – Role and Responsibilities
– Lead, motivate and support a regional team of Security Service Engineers
– Manage the delivery of service, maintenance and reactive works on IP CCTV, Access Control and Intruder Alarm systems
– Conduct site audits, ensure compliance with industry standards and maintain exceptional service quality
– Act as the primary escalation point for technical, operational and customer issues
– Build strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring excellent service levels and satisfaction
– Oversee engineer scheduling, workload planning and resource allocation
– Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers, supporting their development
– Identify commercial opportunities, including upgrades, lifecycle replacements and corrective works
– Regularly report KPIs, performance insights and operational updates to senior management
– Ensure health & safety compliance across all regional activities
Security Service Manager – Skills and Experience Required
– Strong background in the Security Industry, ideally from a service or engineering environment
– Previous experience managing or leading a field-based engineering team
– Technical understanding of IP CCTV, Access Control and Intruder systems is essential
– Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills
– Confident decision-maker with the ability to handle escalations effectively
– Full UK driving licence (Essential)
– Experience with major security system manufacturers
– Positive, proactive approach with strong problem-solving abilities
