Contract Vehicle Technician – Outside IR35 
Pay: £22 per hour (LTD)
Location: Neath
Contract Length: 3-6 months 
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:30pm
Overtime Available
We’re looking for an experienced and qualified Vehicle Technician (Level 3) to join a busy, well-equipped workshop in Neath on a contract basis. This is a varied role involving a mix of light and heavy mechanical work, offering a great opportunity for someone with strong all-round skills. This position is outside IR35 and paid at £22 per hour LTD.
��️ The Role:

• Carrying out servicing, repairs, and diagnostics on a range of vehicles
• Handling both light-duty work (brakes, suspension, filters) and heavier mechanical tasks (clutches, gearboxes, engine work)
• Working efficiently to meet workshop targets and maintain safety standards
• Supporting other technicians when needed and ensuring all work is recorded accurately

✅ Requirements:

• Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
• Confident with both light and more complex/heavy mechanical work
• Own tools and ability to work independently
• Workshop experience and strong diagnostic skills
• Ready for an immediate or short-notice start
