We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Admin and Service Desk Support professional to join our team. This role plays a vital part in supporting our service operations by providing administrative assistance and acting as a first point of contact for service desk queries. You’ll help ensure our engineers, clients, and internal teams are supported with efficient communication, scheduling, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first line of support for incoming service queries via phone and email
  • Log and track service requests and reactive calls on the job management system
  • Assist in scheduling and dispatching engineers for service and maintenance visits
  • Update service records, job sheets, and customer details in CRM systems
  • Process purchase orders, invoices, and general admin tasks
  • Liaise with clients to confirm bookings, follow up on service visits, and handle queries
  • Support the Service Manager and team with daily coordination tasks
  • Help maintain compliance with internal processes and industry standards
  • Generate and distribute reports as needed (e.g. completed jobs, outstanding tickets)
  • Assist with ordering parts and materials when required

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an admin, service desk, or customer support role
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
