Responsibilities
- Design lead and the principal point of contact for the customer & key stakeholders on assigned projects, acting as our customers’ trusted advisor in all aspects of BMS design & technical solutions.
- Preparation of defined BMS/ENMS design deliverables for RIBA Stage 3, 4 & 5, typically including Network Architectures, Points Schedules, Sequence of Operations, etc, in accordance with defined customer standards.
- Lead customer and stakeholder meetings & workshops, to ensure the required design outputs are fully coordinated with other design disciplines and delivered in a timely manner.
- Contribute to the development & continuous improvement of customer engineering standards.
Requirements
- Previous BMS related experience
- Good working knowledge of any of the following BMS systems: Trend, Tridium, Schneider, Distech or Delta.
- Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Project, Outlook.
- Sound working knowledge of building services mechanical and electrical systems.
