The client has an exciting opportunity for the right person to join their experienced team as a Field Service Engineer supporting an exciting and diverse customer base, including several blue-chip accounts. For this role they are looking for someone to work on a manned site in central London. This
role is a 12-hours site (7:00 – 19:00) on a rolling 4 days on, 4 days off permanent day shift. Ideally they are looking for someone who has at least 3 years’ worth of experience on BMS systems.
Responsibilities
- Work within the company guidelines to ensure that all work is carried out in a safe and responsible manner.
- Have the ability to take ownership of your customer base, being able to meet or exceed their
contractual requirements. - To be able to closely work with the customer in order to identify operational issues that the
client can resolve. - To provide concise and clear quoted solutions for repairs, improvements, and upgrades.
- To work on a rolling 4 days on, 4 days off permanent day shift.
Requirements
- To have at least 3 years’ experience with the BMS industry.
- To be willing to learn the client’s product range
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
