Position: Bodyshop Strip Fitter
Location: Eastleigh, Southampton

We are looking for a skilled Bodyshop Strip Fitter to join our team on a long-term contract basis. The successful candidate will have proven experience in removing and refitting bodywork and trim components. This role is based at a fleet management company in Eastleigh, Southampton and offers the opportunity to work on a variety of vehicles in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stripping and refitting bodywork and trim on a range of vehicles.
- Removing and reassembling panels, bumpers, and other body parts with precision.
- Ensuring that all components are re-fitted securely, meeting quality and safety standards.
- Reporting any additional issues or damage discovered during the stripping and fitting process.
- Maintaining a clean and efficient working area in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Bodyshop Strip Fitter or in a similar bodywork role.
- Strong expertise in removing and refitting body panels and trim components.
- Own tools necessary for the role.
- Attention to detail and ability to work to high standards in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full UK driving license (preferred).
