A leading provider of enterprise-level security systems is seeking an experienced Sales Executive / Business Development Manager to join their expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with high-profile clients, offering advanced security solutions including IP CCTV, Access Control, Audio Visual, and fully integrated Intruder Alarm Management systems.
  
The Role:
We are looking for a results-driven individual with a strong background in the security systems industry. The position includes access to existing client accounts and marketing-generated leads, but we’re especially interested in candidates who are self-motivated and confident in generating new business.
  
Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities while managing and expanding existing accounts
  • Use a consultative sales approach to deliver tailored security solutions to clients
  • Engage with technologies such as IP CCTV, Access Control, Audio Visual, and Intruder Alarm systems
  • Conduct client meetings, site surveys, and presentations (technical support provided as required)
  • Attend industry events and represent the company in a professional manner
  • Contribute to product demonstrations and support the sales process from prospect to close

  
Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the electronic security industry
  • Strong understanding of consultative sales techniques
  • Proven ability to build relationships, manage pipelines, and close deals
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and confident in business development
  • Experience in conducting surveys and system specifications (preferred but not essential)
  • Ideally based in the Southeast, though applications from across the UK are welcome
