ecurity Service Engineer – London
Salary: Up to £45,000 + Overtime + Company Vehicle + Benefits
Location: Covering London & surrounding areas

We’re currently working with a well-established electronic security provider known for delivering high-end, IP-based security solutions across commercial and residential sectors. Due to ongoing growth, they are looking to add an experienced Security Service Engineer to their London team.

The Role: You’ll be responsible for the servicing, maintenance, and fault-finding of integrated security systems across a variety of customer sites. This is a field-based role, ideally suited to an engineer with a strong background in IP-based CCTV, access control, and intruder alarm systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Routine maintenance and reactive servicing of CCTV, access control, and intruder systems
• Diagnosing and resolving system faults efficiently
• Providing high levels of customer service on-site
• Keeping accurate records of completed works and system performance
• Working in line with industry standards and health & safety policies

Requirements:

• Proven experience in servicing electronic security systems
• Strong knowledge of IP-based CCTV and high-end platforms (e.g. Avigilon, Genetec, Hikvision, Gallagher, Paxton, etc.)
• Full UK driving licence
• Good communication and organisational skills
• ECS/CSCS or relevant security qualifications are advantageous
