Fire & Security Project Manager – Oxford
Salary: Up to £60,000 + Car Allowance/Company Car + Bonus + Benefits
Location: Based in Oxford – covering regional projects across Oxfordshire and surrounding areas

We’re working with an established and reputable fire and security company delivering high-quality projects across commercial, public sector, and high-spec residential environments. Due to ongoing growth, they’re now looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee fire and security system installations from inception to handover.

The Role: As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle delivery of fire and security projects — managing timelines, budgets, teams, and client relationships to ensure high standards and successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing multiple projects covering fire alarms, CCTV, access control, and intruder systems
• Overseeing design, installation, commissioning, and handover processes
• Producing and managing project programmes and labour schedules
• Managing budgets and project costs with regular updates to senior management
• Liaising with clients, contractors, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety and industry standards (BS 5839, NSI, etc.)
• Leading site teams and subcontractors, and conducting quality checks throughout

Requirements:

• Proven experience delivering fire and security installation projects
• Strong technical knowledge of systems such as Advanced, Kentec, Galaxy, Hikvision, Paxton, Genetec, etc.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage budgets, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination
• Knowledge of British Standards and compliance documentation
• Full UK driving licence
