My client is currently looking for a part time HR Assistant to support an existing and established team based in Moorgate, Central London.
This role will require someone with previous HR experience to join a friendly and organised team working a mix from the offices in London and based at Home.
Paying an hourly rate + London living allowance + 25 hours per week.
3 days in office, 2 days at home, split over 25 hours per week.
The hours would suit anyone with family commitments and someone who is only looking to work a part time role.
Duties will include:
- Working on HR administration
- Booked courses for new and existing staff
- Coordinate and maintain Training Cost Tracker
- Processing data on Excel spreadsheets
- Taking on job descriptions and managing the recruitment process
- Supporting the HR function with new starters
- Ad-hoc duties
HR experience is essential, and full training will be given as you’re shown all the processes.
This is a contract role which will mean weekly payments.
