Temporary HR Assistant

About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team on a temporary basis. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills and a keen interest in HR. You will support the HR department with day-to-day tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and screening CVs
- Maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases
- Handling HR-related queries and providing general administrative support
- Assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes
- Supporting payroll preparation by providing relevant data
- Ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures
- Other ad hoc HR and administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
- Previous experience in HR or administrative support is desirable
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
