About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team on a temporary basis. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills and a keen interest in HR. You will support the HR department with day-to-day tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
  
Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and screening CVs
  • Maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases
  • Handling HR-related queries and providing general administrative support
  • Assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Supporting payroll preparation by providing relevant data
  • Ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures
  • Other ad hoc HR and administrative tasks as required

  
Requirements:

  • Previous experience in HR or administrative support is desirable
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
