The Role:
As a Customer Service Administrator, you will support the operational and administrative needs of our Customer Care team. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth administration, managing customer relationships, and maintaining essential documentation for our engineering services. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop a strong foundation in administration while supporting the company’s growth and customer service excellence.
 
Responsibilities:
• Support the Customer Care Team Leader with day-to-day operations
• Manage site folders, paperwork, and administrative tasks
• Update and maintain the Concept system
• Assist with raising quotations and chasing subcontractor reports
• Process deliveries and maintain accurate records
• Answer office phones and direct calls to the appropriate department
 
What We’re Looking For:
• Previous experience in an administrative role (desired but not essential)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to tasks
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
