Our client is seeking a multi-skilled engineer to manage their reactive maintenance requirements. The majority of the work will be within commercial environments, including warehouses, offices, and retail premises.
For tasks where you may lack prior experience, comprehensive training will be provided. Additionally, the client is committed to supporting your professional development by helping you obtain qualifications such as IPAF and PASMA.

- General building maintenance
- Installation of new timber doors and frames
- Installation of steel fire doors
- Maintenance of fire doors
- Door repairs
- Installation of ironmongery digit locks, mortice locks, closers etc
- The building of partition walls
- Installation of various fencing
- Kitchen installation
- Toilet and kitchen refurbs
- Decoration works
- Fire stopping works
- Small roof repairs
- Civil works
- Concrete repairs and new bases
- Armco barrier installation
- Minor plumbing work
- Floor covering installation
Working Requirements
For this role, the client requires you to work 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 16:00, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break.
The work will be nationwide and may occasionally require overnight stays. While this won’t be a regular occurrence, you will be expected to accommodate such duties when necessary to meet the demands of the role.
