Our client, a well-established and reputable automotive repair centre in Harrogate, is currently seeking an experienced Painter Prepper to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a professional and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare vehicles for painting by sanding, masking, and priming surfaces
- Carry out minor body repairs and filler work as required
- Work alongside paint technicians to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail
- Adhere to health and safety procedures at all times
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a painter prepper role within a bodyshop environment
- Excellent attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- NVQ Level 2/3 in Vehicle Body Repair (desirable but not essential)
