Salary: £30,000 to £40,000 per annum (depending on experience)

We are currently seeking a skilled Bodyshop Panel Beater to join our team at a leading fleet management company based in Coalville, Leicestershire. This is a long-term contract position with a competitive salary and an excellent benefits package, including a generous 15% pension contribution, private healthcare, and additional perks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Filler work: Applying filler and smoothing panels to restore the vehicle’s shape and integrity.
- Dent pulling: Using various techniques and tools to remove dents and restore the vehicle’s panels.
- Panel replacements: Replacing damaged panels as required to maintain the structural integrity of the vehicle.
- Repairing damaged bodywork: Ensuring all repairs are carried out to the highest quality standards and within required timeframes.
- Adhering to health and safety procedures: Maintaining a safe working environment at all times.
- Quality control: Ensuring all bodywork repairs meet company and industry standards.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Bodyshop Panel Beater or in a similar bodywork repair role.
- Own tools required for the role.
- Strong expertise in filler work, dent pulling, and panel replacements.
- Ability to produce high-quality work within deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and a passion for the automotive repair industry.
- Full UK driving license (preferred).
- Experience in a fleet management, accident repair, or refurbishment environment is an advantage.
