Role: Security Project Manager
Location: Oxford & Thames Valley
Salary: £50,000 – £60,000
We’re currently working with a well-established security systems company based in The Southwest that is looking to add an experienced Security Project Manager to their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a key leadership role, with a salary of up to £60,000, plus car allowance/company car, bonus scheme, and a strong benefits package.
Role Overview:
- Overseeing the full lifecycle of security system installation projects from initial design through to commissioning and handover
- Managing project budgets, timelines, and resource planning
- Liaising with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
- Ensuring all work complies with industry regulations and health & safety standards
- Leading site teams and subcontractors to deliver quality installations on time and within budget
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience managing security installation projects, ideally within commercial or public sector environments
- Strong technical knowledge of electronic security systems – experience with platforms such as Gallagher, Lenel, Genetec, Avigilon, or Hikvision is preferable (training can be provided where needed)
- Excellent project management and organisational skills
- Knowledge of current security standards and compliance requirements
- Full UK driving licence
