We are seeking an experienced and reliable Security Service and Maintenance Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and occasionally installing a wide range of security systems, including intruder alarms, CCTV, access control, and door entry systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out routine maintenance and servicing of electronic security systems
- Diagnose faults and perform repairs to restore systems to full functionality
- Respond to emergency call-outs and provide technical support as needed
- Ensure all works are completed to industry standards and customer satisfaction
- Complete relevant paperwork, service reports, and maintain accurate records
- Work in accordance with health and safety guidelines
- Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally
- Stay updated on new technologies and products in the security industry
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in servicing and maintaining security systems (Intruder, CCTV, Access Control, etc.)
- Good working knowledge of systems such as Texecom, Honeywell, Hikvision, Paxton, etc.
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- ECS or equivalent certification preferred
- Willingness to travel across [London / UK Region / Nationwide] and participate in an on-call rota if required
