In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of services by coordinating schedules, liaising with clients and field staff, and maintaining accurate records. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, responding to queries and providing exceptional customer service.
- Schedule and coordinate service appointments, ensuring optimal efficiency of field staff.
- Maintain accurate service records, updating databases and generating reports as needed.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor service requests, track progress, and follow up on outstanding issues.
- Assist with procurement of materials and equipment required for service operations.
- Support the team with general administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a service coordination, scheduling, or administrative role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise workloads.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
