Location: Coalville (Site-based)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: Up to £35,000 + benefits
About the Role
We are expanding our state-of-the-art vehicle refurbishment centre and are seeking an Interior Smart Technician to join our vehicle reconditioning team in Coalville, Leicestershire.
As an Interior Smart Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that vehicles meet our high-quality reconditioning standards. Using the latest smart, leather, cloth, material covering, and plastic rectification techniques, along with advanced cosmetic tooling and repair materials, you will ensure a right-first-time approach to all repairs.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Carrying out interior cosmetic repairs on vehicles to restore their original condition.
- Using block and polish techniques, plastic repairs, and smart repair methods to enhance the appearance of vehicle interiors.
- Ensuring all work meets our quality and performance standards.
- Collaborating with the quality and inspection team leads to maintain high standards.
- Working within a dynamic and skilled team to achieve reconditioning targets.
About You
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Interior Smart Technician who is passionate about automotive repair and takes pride in delivering high-quality work. You should be confident in using modern repair methods and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum Requirements:
Experience in block and polish techniques
Skilled in plastic repair techniques
Knowledge of smart repair techniques
Ability to mix paint and perform paint rectification
Full UK manual driving licence
