Role Summary
The client I am working with are looking for a BMS Project Sales Manager. Ideally, they are looking for someone who has a technical background in BMS, alongside the experience within the sales side of things. They are looking to find someone who can hit the ground running.
Responsibilities
- Managing key client accounts across BMS project delivery, from initial award through to commissioning and handover.
- Acting as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring all client enquiries, requirements, and concerns are handled effectively
- Delivering exceptional service all round, with customer satisfaction being a top priority.
- Hitting sales targets and pre-defined objectives.
- Forecasting order input amounts and timings.
- Fully estimating projects and producing technical proposals.
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with new and existing clients, with a focus on repeat project work
- Developing new business with consultants, contractors and end users.
- Conducting regular check-ins and business reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth.
- Assist in the planning of taking part in marketing, promotion and customer entertainment activities
- Acting as a liaison between the client and the internal teams.
