Are you an experienced Security Service Engineer with strong enterprise-level experience?
We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Security Service Engineer to join a growing team, supporting and maintaining high-end electronic security systems across enterprise customer sites in the Manchester and surrounding areas.

The Role
As an Enterprise Security Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the service, maintenance, fault-finding and repair of sophisticated electronic security systems within large-scale commercial and enterprise environments.
You will work directly with customers and internal teams to ensure systems remain operational, secure and compliant with agreed service levels.
Key Responsibilities

  • Service, maintain and repair enterprise electronic security systems
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical faults
  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive service visits
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical faults
  • Complete system commissioning, configuration and upgrades where required
  • Provide excellent customer service and technical support
  • Complete accurate service reports and documentation
  • Work to company procedures, health & safety requirements and customer SLAs
  • Participate in an on-call rota, with additional call-out payments
  • Take advantage of unlimited overtime opportunities to significantly increase earnings

Essential Experience
Enterprise-level security experience is essential.
The successful candidate will ideally have experience with some or all of the following:

  • Access Control
  • CCTV / IP CCTV
  • Intruder Alarms
  • Intercom / Video Intercom
  • Integrated security management systems
  • Enterprise networking and IP-based security systems
  • System diagnostics, fault-finding and maintenance
  • Working within large corporate, commercial or enterprise environments

You should be a confident engineer who is comfortable working independently on customer sites and dealing with technically demanding systems.
