Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 per year + Bonuses
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (42.5 hours/week)
 
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Paint Sprayer to join our fast-paced, high-volume body shop in Eastbourne. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work and thrives in a busy, team-oriented environment.
 
What You’ll Be Doing:

• Carrying out all aspects of paint preparation, spraying, and polishing to a high standard
• Working on a wide range of vehicles in a busy body shop setting
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area
• Taking responsibility for the quality of your own work, from prep to finish

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a paint sprayer within an automotive body shop
• Strong prepping and polishing skills – you will be handling the full process
• High attention to detail and commitment to producing quality finishes
• Ability to work independently and efficiently under pressure
