Ben McQueeney

Ben has been in technical and engineering recruitment since 2014. He focuses on data centre projects and senior appointments across the UK, Europe and the Nordics, working on both permanent and contract hires.

He recruits for data centre construction and delivery teams in markets including Ireland, Germany, the Netherlands and the Nordic region. Typical roles include Electrical Project Managers, Commercial Managers, Quantity Surveyors, Planners, engineers and Health & Safety professionals, including multilingual candidates for European projects.

Alongside this, Ben handles senior and leadership appointments, including Project Directors, Pre-Construction Directors, Heads of Design and senior commercial and delivery leaders. He brings the discretion and market knowledge these confidential, high-impact hires need.
