About the Role:

As a Panel Beater, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicle bodywork to its original condition, ensuring a high-quality finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and repair damaged vehicles to manufacturer and customer standards.
- Use specialist tools and equipment to remove, repair, or replace damaged panels.
- Carry out structural and cosmetic repairs on a range of vehicles.
- Weld and bond components as necessary.
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently and accurately, meeting agreed deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Panel Beater in an automotive environment.
- Skilled in using a variety of panel beating tools and techniques.
- Proficient in welding and filler work.
- Ability to work to high standards with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Own tools are required.
Location:
This role is based in Pershore, Worcester. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to the location.
